The HTS Net provides unparalleled quality through performance, durability and reliability – combined with maximum efficiency. HTS Net with a wire tensile strength of at least 1,770 N/mm2 is able to withstand substantially higher static and dynamic loads than conventional reinforcement nets. This also enables higher levels of rock burst energy to be absorbed.

The High Tensile Steel (HTS) Web Net spiral rope net made from a number of high-tensile wires secures loose, blocky rocks, rock spurs, overhangs or unstable rock formations with highly irregular surface structures. The HTS Web Net-system utilizes a flexible nail grid and boundary ropes together with the HTS Web Net.

A wire rope is a set of wires rolled into a spiral. They work together in traction (it is known as a spiral strand rope, according to EN 1993-1-11). The basic element of the rope is the steel wire, which is classified by its diameter and the characteristics of the material. Normally coupled at the end to transfer the wire rope anchoring resistance force to that of the tensioning pull-out (nut) force, either a nut/coupler or a flexible head to attach other structural elements on.
